Update to Lead Times April 2021
We understand that the current lead times on our products can lead to disruption to delivery of products to our customers, and we would like to assure you that our team are working tirelessly to ensure that we explore all avenues and take every step possible to return lead times to their standard status. We are in unprecedented times with regards to supply chain issues and the highly publicised worldwide shift from importation to in-country domestic manufacturing.

Actions Taken to Increase Production
We continue to take significant steps to improve our infrastructure and supply chain to accommodate this unprecedented level of demand for our products.
Many of the following changes have been in the works for well over 12 months, while others
are a direct response to the current situation.

• Expanded the footprint of our facility
• Increased staff on day and night shifts
• Overtime resulting in weekend shifts
• Increased volumes and the capacity to hold components and materials
• Increased welding capacity
• Invested in more machinery
• Improved work-flow efficiencies
• Working closely with our long-term supply partners to ensure an un-interrupted supply of materials

We have been fortunate in the current market to secure additional qualified staff to support current roles at this unprecedented time of high demand.

We have also recognised a significant effort is required to continue to offer the high level of service we are renowned for and are working as a team to make this as seamless as possible for our customer base.
